Hip Hop Lessons
Today Kauri team had their first hip hop dance lesson. We were all very excited to have dance instructors from the Notorious Dance Company come to May Road School to teach us. Their names were Mikey and Kyle.
They taught us to lock, rock, neck roll, wrist roll and so much more! It was an intense 90 minutes.
We had so much fun the teachers included and will need to practise to get our fitness up. I hope we remember the moves for next week!
Have you ever done any hip hop dance lessons?
Well, We never really did lessons. We did "played" a game called Just Dance where you have to copy the dance moves on the Screen. A very fun game indeed. It's really nice to see the school getting active more. P.S, I also saw the M.R.S Netball team at our school.
